BLOCK B – MULTI PURPOSE

Block B is an adapted warehouse.  It has brick/concrete walls and an iron roof. It is not soundproof  but has material on exterior of roof to reduce rain noise. It has a power board output capacity of 280 kilowatts, standard warehouse lighting, power outlets and compressed air reticulation. Rate includes a certified painting room.

Block 7 provides construction workspace that includes offices, kitchen and toilet facilities and 3 phase power and compressed air. There is exterior yard space and access from both Block C and from Stone Street.

BLOCK 3 – COSTUME, LAUNDRY & MAKE UP

COSTUME

The costume area is a large light open plan pattern cutting, making and fitting area with ceiling lighting, power outlets and various large workbenches. It is air-conditioned and has a selection of well maintained sewing machines, interlockers, and button holers available. Costume also comes equipped with kitchen and toilets facilities, as well as a goods lift.

LAUNDRY

The laundry is equipped with commercial washing and drying machines. Large benches and tubs, ironing and breakdown areas are all included, as well as dye vats and a certified spray booth can be available on request.

MAKE UP

Make Up offers thirteen workstations which come equipped with standard mirror/lighting set up, two hair washing stations with temperature controlled water, air-conditioning and shower and toilet facilities. Separate area for processing cast and extras and a greenroom. Washing machine and dryer are also available.

Costume props area with a purpose-built glue extraction and sanding room.
